Brought my 2021 2500HD in for a recall repair on the tailgate. James had set the appointment up, and Morgan met me when I got there. Both of these men are why Paris Chevrolet will always have my business. The repair took less than the stated time. I'm ver satisfied.
They are very nice. The only complaint I would have would be the wait time. It can take 11/2 to 2 hours just to get an oil change.
Had my oil changed and appointment time was completed on time and all the technicians were very courteous and prompt in their jobs. Had a dirty air filter and was shown the old one before it was changed out. Have bought 4 new trucks from Paris Chevrolet since 2003.
Awesome bunch of people that take pride in their performance and treat their customers great!! Just wish I had started doing business with them sooner.
My power steering was not working, they were backed up with appointments for 3 weeks and didn’t have any loaner cars available. They worked me in within a few days and got my car fixed for me.
