Oil change & tire rotation took a lot longer than usual. It was very crowded on a Thursday. We had to sit in showroom. But I’m very pleased with the work & the service people. Everyone is very friendly!

Everything went very smooth and fast, I was very happy with my experience.
Michael was very informative on the GMC Denali Truck test drive and everything moved fast. No waiting around at the dealership for hours, we were done in an hour and I was driving home my new truck. I had no idea Ford had fallen so far behind both on the outside (I had a Ford F150 Platinum) and the UX inside the truck. It was night and day. Then, Paris GMC made me an offer I could not refuse. I was genuinely surprised with their sales price discounts for the GMC truck and the generous trade in value for my trade in truck. Too good of a deal to pass up and I couldn't be happier. Bye bye Ford. GMC is king in Northeast Texas.

great experience. no troubles and very laid back
Told them key was stuck in ignition because the shifter was broken which means the battery was still active and no attempt to manually overdrive the shifter was made. The key stayed that way Saturday-Tuesday resulting in the battery being drained. The shifter assembly was replaced and works okay not as good as before but I also had to spend extra money on getting a new battery.
I couldn't be happier with my car-buying experience! I was looking for a specific GMC Terrain, and my salesman, Ashton Crump, went the extra mile to locate the specific one I wanted, even working with other dealerships to have one moved to the Paris location. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and made everything incredibly easy and even introduced me to departments I will be using in the future for services, making sure I knew where to go for oil changes, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to help me learn and set up the technology features. His customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This was the fifth time in two years we had the car in for ac problems. Morgan the service writer is great but he doesn’t have competent technicians to back him up. We traded the car yesterday, but not at Paris Chevy.
We were welcome quickly by Mr. Rich Miller. He was very professional and took his time answering all our questions. We are very happy with our choice and we owe it all to him at the dealership!!

Great experience. Grant McDowell went above and beyond to find the perfect truck for my business and my family and Sebastian was super helpful and was so pleasant to deal with. The finance guy was a 49er fan so I can’t say too much good about him but as far as the paperwork went and walking me through vehicle protection options, he did an amazing job. Very pleased and impressed with the dealership here in Paris. I’ve had some run-ins with other local dealerships and they don’t hold a candle to the team at Paris Chevrolet!

I called my salesman (Hunter) when my car wouldn't start to see best way to get my car into service. He advised to push blue OnStar button. Within 2 hours a tow truck driver arrived, took my car in for service. Service department diagnosed the issue and I had my car back the next business day. Kudos to all!

I had a nail in my tire and they told me is wasn't patchable because the tread on my tires were not good. They wanted me to buy new tires.

The dealership worked with me on replacing my truck. I bought 2024 Silverado 2500 it had had some electrical problems,they diagnosed a part then 2 months later no parts and problems kept coming up. I traded vehicles because no one knew what to do for mine. So I was on the loosing end of this deal, bought new truck in 2024 and had issues that could not be resolved and General Motors with the dealership should have took more aggressive stand on helping me because I got a lemon . I feel like Gm should have help compensate me more for my troubles. I have no complaints toward the service dept at Paris chev. They tried to help by finding problems.
The staff at this location are great. I use CarPlay constantly for entertainment and maps. I am in my car going to many places almost daily. CarPlay has an issue that will not connect my phone about 1/3 of the times. This causes hardship and I selected car due to CarPlay, I would have bought a Toyota if I had known of this issue which can’t be fixed at this time.
It is always a pleasure working with Service Advisor James Forbes. He strives to make what could be an arduous wait into a much more tolerable experience. He makes it feel like my truck is in good hands, keeps me informed throughout the process, and is quick to offer anything he can do, even beyond what a typical service appointment requires. He delivers a level of customer care that is becoming very rare these days. Great job by the entire team!

The only concern i had was the mileage on the z06, as most are sold with minimal miles, because of the strict break in and i don't know how it was driven those initial 112 miles. I guess if there's any issue, i am certain their team will get me taken care of. So far, the car is perfect, exactly what i was looking for and i am excited to drive it every day. I would love to have taken advantage of the free oil changes for life, but i am too far away.

This was one of the most positive experiences buying a car I have ever had. I went to another dealer earlier in the day and had a really bad experience. They were doing the bait and switch to get me to the dealer and then were trying to present different deals than were discussed on the Phone. I called and spoke with Preston who I had been discussing a deal with the previous day. Preston introduced me to Hunter and we looked at a few different models. The guys worked the deal around what we had discussed on the phone. No no played games or tried to manipulate the deal. The team was very transparent about the numbers and the process. The finance team was equally good. I had a very positive experience at Paris!

My purchase experience through Paris Chevrolet GMC could not have been better! Both Francisco Acosta and Sebastian Guzman were extremely attentive to my needs/wants and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. Both salesmen were quick to respond to any question I had, communicated updates with promptly, and displayed the utmost professionalism and customer care.
I’ve had a few things repaired in my Silverado lately and had excellent service.

In November 2025 I utilized the buy three get one tire free GM was offering. Unfortunately, mid January 2026, I made contact with a nail and the chain store in Mt Pleasant plugged it and placed a patch on the inside. I called Paris Chevrolet/GMC and requested they order a new tire and I included oil and filter change as well as it was nearing time. All work was done perfectly and when I inspected and touched the patch on the inside of the tire, I knew I had made the right decision to purchase a new tire.

They take good care of you
It took two weeks to make a simple repair that took less than a day to do, it took 12 days to get the part and then after getting the part you could not get it in to get it fixed for 3 days later. I appreciated the loaner vehicle that was very nice but this was my one on and only service truck for our business and we could not pull our trailer for service work, so was a big let down. Also after fixing the problem I needed to bring it back to speak with service manager about the repair and he noted to bring it back so they could fix it. I did appreciated the service lady I worked with she did try very hard to keep me informed the whole way through. I understand it was out of her hands!

If I had a complaint at all it would be that I paid $52k for a truck and I feel like oil changes should be included. If I had bought a $20k vehicle they’d have been included. It seems a little silly that I bought the equivalent of 2 new cars and no free oil changes.

Cargo liner for my car did not fit correctly so had to bring it in to have installed. Still upset GM product cannot be installed as instructed. Required holes to be drilled into back of rear seats. That is not local issue, that is corporate. Everyone I have dealt with locally has been great.

After reviewing several dealer websites in Dallas and East Texas and had 15 options to consider. We drove from Forney to Paris to look at three trucks. After test drives, we purchased one within a few hours. Hunter provided great service and we definitely enjoyed the small town customer service at Paris Chevrolet. We love the truck!!!

I had asked for a specific oil weight, but unfortunately, it was not a weight that is in the bulk stock inventory. I grew up in the automotive industry because of my dad, so I know how shady salesmen can be. Automotive sales interactions often are worsened for female customers. I had already visited another dealership a week prior to Paris Chevrolet and battled fraud, so I arrived with zero trust. Farley was just who I needed to go through with getting myself a new car. Farley was extremely respectful and transparent. He let me cross all my t's without trying to brush them under the table as irrelevant. When I arrived to get my car the following week, I was nervous that Farley was busy with other customers so I would have to work with Logan. He was awesome as well. Logan even got me a bow for my first new car since I was picking it up on my birthday! JT in financing was very thorough and answered all of my questions without a trace of fraud feelings. The team at Paris Chevy really felt like my best friends, and I cannot wait until life is ready for me to replace the truck so they can help me out again!

The service team took care of us. The dealership had to contact GM and that took a long time, but kept getting updates from the staff on a regular basis. The service team is very efficient and they take care of their customers in a very satisfactory manner.

The reason this is three stars is the fact that 5 months in to owning my new truck my issue is still happening after 4 trips to the dealership and GMC states in a bulletin they are aware of the issue and working on a solution. This does not get my issue resolved and even as efficient as the Paris team is, which I appreciate, it is still time out of my day every time I have to take my vehicle in.

The entire staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful, but the staff that worked on my car was obviously not professional at all! I made an appointment for warranty work on my car to have both front pillar speakers replaced because of crackling noise heard with certain tones in music, the tubing that squirts washer fluid on the back window to be replaced because the tube kept coming undone at the back and I was told it actually wasn't as long as it should be, and the headliner was going to be replaced because when the tube came off the washer fluid soaked the headliner causing it to sag and be discolored. The tech could hear the crackling on both sides and pushed the tube tight onto hose fitting so it wouldn't leak and cause more damage before they could fix it, and he told me not to use the washer fluid until it could be replaced. The parts were going to be ordered first so the tube and headliner could be done at the same time. I received a phone call about a month later that ALL parts ordered were in and a spot would be open in two days to drop my car off and a loner car would be saved and available for me to use to go to work. Upon arrival, a 'clean' loner car was not available so I would have to wait for it to be cleaned and gassed up. I was finally able to leave in one, gassed up but not clean. I was fine with that but had to sign a form that I would return the loner with a full tank and clean. I was called about three days later and told the headliner that was supposed to be replaced had not been shipped to the dealership and my car would not be ready for a few more days. A week later when my car was ready, I returned the loaner full of gas and detailed inside and out. I was then told the headliner was not what caused the delay, but the dome light had been damaged, and my console lid had been damaged so both had to be ordered and replaced. I did appreciate the honesty and the replacement of the things damaged by staff. On my way home, I could hear the crackling in the passenger pillar speaker, and I was afraid it was just something those speakers did. A couple of days later I tried to wash my back window and washer fluid poured all in the back of the inside of my car! I called the service department and explained my concerns, being told only the driver side pillar speaker had been replaced because the tech did not hear anything wrong with the passenger speaker and the tubing was not replaced because another tech said the tubing was attached as it should be when he checked it and didn't see any need to replace it. Of course it was attached, one of the techs attached it and I had not used it! The whole reason I had to wait so long to have my car fixed was so all parts could be ordered, delivered to the dealership, and done at the same time. I was then told to bring my car back in to have done what should have been done in the first place! I was given an appointment for the next Wednesday to drop off my car, and I was guaranteed there would be a loner car. On Monday I called the service department and asked (just to make sure) all the parts that had been ordered the first time were still there to fix my car when I bring it in on Wednesday. I was put on a lengthy hold and then a man picked up the phone asking what I was on hold for?.... so, I explained I wanted to make sure the parts were there before dropping my car off in two days, and he said they were for sure there and it should only take a day, maybe two. On Wednesday morning I dropped my car off at 8am but there was once again not a loner car available. A man told me to give him a minute, and he would check out back to see if he could find something. He did, the exact same car I used the first time, which was sitting on a half of a tank and this time very dirty, but it was because I now had a way to get to work. I once again had to sign a form saying I had to return the loner full of gas and clean. Thursday afternoon rolled around and about 4:30pm I received a text to give me an update saying, "Unfortunately the parts are not there anymore, and they have to be reordered, and with it being a holiday weekend the dealership will be closed Saturday and Monday, but I will be kept posted as updates are known". The following Tuesday around noon, I received a text that my car was ready. I returned the loner car with a full tank of gas and detailed inside and out and picked up my filthy car covered in white dirt! On the way home the same crackling came from the passenger side pillar speaker, so when I got home, I looked to find the same tiny piece of black tape that had been put on the plastic part that covers the pillar speaker (that had been put there from the first service appointment) was still there and had not been removed, making me believe without a doubt that it hadn't been replaced. I do believe the tubing had been replaced because the entire back side of the brand-new headliner was wrinkled up from rolling it to pull the tube through and there are black grease fingerprints from the front windshield to the back windshield all over the light grey headliner. There are several scratch marks in the paint on the outside of the vehicle that I know and the man that took the keys to my car when I first dropped it off knows were not there because we walked around the loner car and my car to note any marks, scratches, or damage done to either vehicle. So, long story short, when being at Paris Chevrolet face-to-face with staff is very pleasant and I would give a 5-star rating, but with everything that happened, how it was all handled, and the final outcome of my vehicle, I don't think I would even give a 1-star rating.

The experience was ok until a large scratch in the door was noticed. I feel I would have seen the scratch prior to the test drive and I feel it happened when they were getting the vehicle ready after we purchased it. The salesman was told by another individual to get the theft tracker from the vehicle. Well, he didn’t and they expected us to drive 35 miles one direction to bring it back. Not only that, they wanted it that day or the next. When I asked for them to compensate me for my gas and time, they throttled back and said bring it when they fix the scratch. Just a complete bungle at the end.
Nothing personal with the dealership, it i smore with GMC as a whole as it has been over two months, going on three, and they still cannot fix my no audio issue and are "still working on it."

I recently had a 21-point inspection completed on my truck, and one of the items listed was the windshield wipers. The report marked them as green and in good condition. However, the driver-side wiper is clearly damaged and obviously not functioning properly—it’s noticeable even without testing it. This makes me question whether the inspection was performed thoroughly. I value accurate service checks and wanted to bring this to your attention so future inspections can be more reliable
The only problem I had, I took my car 3 months ago to get an oil change.They told me I had a slit in my tire and could'nt rotate the tires. Told me they could replace it for $300.00 or so. I said no. So I took it for another oil change last week and all the sudden nothing is wrong with the tire.

I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, for an 8:30 AM appointment that I scheduled the day before.. at 11:30 AM I called to check on the status of it bc the system wouldn’t update, & was told “we’re still trying to duplicate the noise.” (I had been having a squeaking noise when I started my car) .. my husband went up there, bc I had shown video the day before & you could clearly tell it was a belt issue, & had to get them to actually check my car out — my car had not moved locations since it was dropped off that morning. So for 3 hours my car sat in the same spot not being looked at. You could see the tear in my belt clearly.. Once my husband got involved the issue was fixed in two hours. It’s just sad that a man has to step in for a woman to get things fixed on her car.

I had my vehicle in for service on July 1 and subsequently found greasy fingerprints on the headliner of the roof. I brought it to the attention of the service department the next morning, and they took it to detailing and had it cleaned within a few minutes.

James in the service department went above and beyond to help me in my time of need! He was very knowledgeable and concerned about keeping my 2025 GMC Acadia Denali on schedule for its first service. I live 2 hours away so it’s not easy for me to just come in anytime. He made special arrangements to make sure my Denali was serviced in a timely manner that day. Everyone was friendly and did not act upset by the work-in service call. The lobby was temperature was cool (just how I like it on a warm day) with comfortable chairs and easily accessible bathrooms. I felt at home and safe while waiting. The follow your service app/text was also helpful. When service was completed a nice man showed me to my Denali and went over the service findings and what jobs were completed. I am very impressed with Paris GMC, hands down the best service I have ever received anywhere in my 30 years of vehicle purchasing. I would also like to add a shout out to my salesman who sold me my 2025 GMC Acadia Denali, Mark Ritchey, Mr. Get it done! You should be proud of your dealership and your outstanding employees!!

I came to the dealership to test drive a car found out that the car was not there because the owner of the dealerships mother was driving it, so I was unable to test drive it. I ended up buying a GMC Acadia evolution and was not happy to find out it only had a four ply tire on it although Preston, the young man that was helping me with the buy was very patient and helpful. and did his best to make me happy. although I have learned a lesson, I will never buy another vehicle that I cannot put a 10 ply tire on.

I hate to leave a bad review after I left such a good one months ago when I originally bought my car from here..... but their service department has TERRIBLE communication skills. not only did they fail to mention I'd be sitting in the waiting room for 2hrs & 40min for a simple oil change but they also failed to mention they were adding on a service that ended up costing me $327!!!!!! You need to communicate these things. that's a lot of my time wasted and a lot of money that's now gone. ridiculous.

It was absolutely beautiful to watch that happen. When Morgan approached my vehicle he didn’t take any shortcuts. He did his meet and greet, he built rapport, he did the vehicle walk around with me and then lead me inside so he could check my history to see if there were any other recommendations. Once that was complete he had me sign the repair order and then I received a text letting me know I could communicate either by text or by phone call which was awesome. I absolutely love the experience and I’m so excited for the rest of our customers to experience this as well.

Morgan was great! Check in was smooth, listened to concerns, and check out was smooth. I came in for a basic oil change (45-1hr max), made an appointment for 3pm to make sure the dealership was prepared so I didn’t have to leave work early and get it done using my lunch. However, it took 1.5hrs to complete.

Everything is great with exception to how long it takes for an oil change. I scheduled ahead so that i wouldn't have to wait in line to get an oil change. I also indicated i would be waiting for my vehicle while the oil change was performed. The issue is, first it shouldn't take an hour and a half to change the oil even if they do a whole vehicle inspection. In this scenario, my truck has 2600 miles on it and no complete vehicle check is necessary. I had an 8:15 am appointment for an oil change only, received my truck at 9:30 am. The reason i scheduled ahead is because i have to work and needed the vehicle as quickly as possible, if only i knew it would take close to an hour and a half, i would have made plans to be picked up. Also, just want to pint out, everyone was very nice and i have no complaints other than how ling it takes to change the oil in a truck, i can change the oil and rotate tires myself in just over 30 minutes, for reference. Only reason i even bring to dealership is because truck is under warranty and oil changes are free. I am not complaining, I'm just letting you know things should not take so long.
Initially, we may have had a misunderstanding, but in the end everything went beautifully. I have a beautiful pickup and connection with my dealership. I feel well taken care of.

I did feel a bit in the dark on how the total price changed throughout my visit so from signing the first agreement to trade my car in against a price on the new vehicle to actually seeing the final numbers on the GM Financing papers did seem very intransparent.
Paris Chevrolet service department is the best. I bought my car in 2019 and have had my oil changes regularly and everyone is always kind and courteous and very helpful.

I was there for a recurring problem. It was misdiagnosed. My problem was an EVAP vent valve. The service advisor tried to tell me, after waiting 2 hours, that it was a fuel control module at a cosr of $581. After I inquired about the EVAP issue, she went and checked with the technician, then told me we'll get you fixed up. After 3.5 hours, I was finally on my way with no further mention of the fuel control module. Suffice it to say, I'll not be using Paris Chevrolet for any further issues.

Called on Monday because of an issue with my 2021 2500HD. Morgan took my call and was able to schedule me am appt on Thursday. I arrived a little early snd I was immediately greeted by Morgan. He told me there was coffee and pastries in the waiting area. The problem was expected to be a tire balance so all my tires were removed and balanced. I was done in just about an hour. Had an appointment to get my oil changed at 1:30. On time right away. Upon check in I also asked about my car-play not hooking up when stopping and restarting my car which has happened for a 20 months. They said with no appointment on that item it might be tough but would see what they could do. Which I understand as the tech guys are super busy. I travel 4 hours to this dealership so was hoping to get it all done in visit. After two hours my vehicle was done with a reset done on the radio system as well. All seems to work great so far. Great Job to the service department. Really appreciated their help. This is why I drive 200 miles to get my service done. I also did buy my car at this dealership and free oil changes don't hurt that decision either. 5 stars for sure Thanks to Morgan and the Outstanding Service Department.

I was advised upon early arrival to appointment that there would be a wait as the staff was running behind. A fellow that first appeared to be a customer entered the waiting area where I and two other women were. Soon after hearing the two other women discussing how long they had been waiting did he advise that the staff was learning new software/updates. Too, my vehicle 2022 GMC has 40000 miles and Ms. Hudson stated at checkout that I needed to consider engine decarb. She actually stated it should have been done at 20000 miles. I researched that and lost a bit of trust in the dealership. It was never mentioned regarding the 2019 Chevrolet that I purchased and serviced at the dealership. Too, no one mentioned that dash light for day running lights was absent and needed to be repaired.
I had a 1100 am appointment for routine service. Morgan greeted me promptly snd got me checked in. He kept me posted on the progress of my service so I always had a good idea of when I'd be done. I was greeted by everyone who saw me. I was also offered refreshments several times. It was very busy but I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. 1.5 hours for an oil change is a bit much. Then they wanted to do a "decarb". Never heard of that one. My car only has 10,000 miles on it. I said no. Then they started to see why my horn does not work. Wanted to charge up to 240 for a diagnostic. I said "why don't they check the fuse first". They begrudgingly did and sure enough. Bad fuse. 20 bucks. I will not be back

We are grateful for the offer which influenced our purchase, oil change/tire rotation for life! That said, two or three time, we have had a bit of a challenge in getting a timely appointment. In those cases we were told it would be three weeks before we could bet the oil changed. The most recent period between oil changes, we have done quite a bit of traveling and when we received an alert to get the oil changed, showing 15-18%, we again were told it would be at least 3 weeks. Our actual appointment was 11/8, but another short trip concerned us with the lower percentage number and we called and were told to bring it in as a ‘work in’. It was at the shop before 8 am, I believe last Wednesday, and wasn’t ready til after 4:30-5 pm when we arrived, but we waited a few minutes. That said, I’ve been told by Paris Chevrolet personnel that those of us with ‘free oil changes for life’ are put at the back of the line for service—that may not be true, but it sure feels that way based on our experience. I’m sure the shop is busy but I am grateful for this benefit, just not the delays when I can info to multiple oil change places or other dealerships for 1hour service. Thanks for taking care of us, but if there is an easier way to get attention sooner for this routine service, please let me know. Thanks!

We sat for hours waiting on a repair. We were then told that my car was being diagnosed. However, I had already had it diagnosed. Afterwards, as we are heading out of town, my check engine light came on. I'll take it somewhere else.

Showed up early and Lindsey promptly checked me in and service completed in a very timely manner even tho appointment was at 3 pm and came and got me when work was completed.
They had my vehicle for over a month. Told me that my turbo charger was fine. The last thing they found to fix was the purge valve that's part of the turbo charger. They replaced my water pump, head gasket, head, some water hoses, etc. Told me it was ready, I drove the 60 miles to the dealership. When i asked the total charges, the number i was given was almost $1000 over the estimate. After waiting for awhile, they told me they took it for a test drive and that it wasn't running right and wanted to keep it. They called me a couple days later telling me I needed the purge valve replaced. I authorized the additional cost which turned out to to be a warrant part. When it was finally ready I was happy that they had adjusted my bill and it was only $300 over the estimate. After the long period of time my vehicle was in their shop, I would have thought they would have last least washed it but instead gave me a token for a car wash in town.

Ibrealized I had a tire losing air on my 2023 Acadia so I called Paris Chevrolet to have it looked at. James in service took my call and set me up with an appointment that was much sooner than I thought it would be. Whwn I arrived at the appointment, Morgan met me and got me checked in. I waited in the lounge and within what seemed like a very short time, Morgan came and got me. He showed me a small piece of wire that the technician had found in my tire. I was on the road in about an hour. Paris Chevrolet always can be trusted to take care of their customers, and their vehicles. They will always have my business!! Morgan and James are a definite asset to the dealership.

Long wait to get in for a service, working 14/14, I only have a window for a few days. Service took over 2 hours to complete and wasn’t able to program the radio from a update. A few suggestions would be hire more help or a better service manager!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The color we wanted wasn’t available but as soon as it came in they called us right away to let us know. We love our car and have had many compliments.
I had scheduled a routine oil change two weeks prior. I arrived a few minutes before my time and was greeted promptly by Morgan. He gotnme checked in and I went to the customer lounge to wait. No less than five employees greeted me in there and asked if I needed anything. They all offered fresh coffee and donuts. It wasn't long at all when Morgan reappeared. They had checked my in cabin air filter and rear window wiper blade and found them needing to be replaced. It didn't take much longer is seemed for them to be done with my vehicle and I was on my way! I'm always impressed with how I'm treated at Paris Chevrolet. It will always be my "go to" dealership for service and new vehicle purchases. Morgan is a valuable member of your team!!
I’ll drive 110 miles round-trip to get my vehicle serviced at a dealership which I did not purchase this vehicle. I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership before and was very pleased with my service. The 2022 GMC that I currently on I would’ve been happy to purchase it at Paris GMC However, they did not have the vehicle specifically that I wanted us. The GMC was purchased out of state. I live in Mount Pleasant and I could use Toliver for my vehicle servicing, however, much of their staff in the service department is still the same as when it was Sisk and that was not a good fit.

Short turn around time.
I had an appointment to get an alignment done on my vehicle. Got there went to the service desk to drop off my keys then went to wait in waiting area for about an hour and a half atleast, if not longer. Thinkin the whole time well they should be done with mine soon. Nooe not the case at all. A Lady came to inform me finally that no service had been done to my car and she wasn't sure at what point they would even be able to get to my vehicle!!! Very poor customer service at the very least in my opinion. To have an appointment and then still have to wait with no service done at all. Communication goes a long way!!!

I had an ignition light come on and my vehicle would not start. My husband made an appointment for it to be looked at and diagnosed officially. His code reader said that it was a fuel pump issue. This was notated on the scheduled appointment notes. My husband hauled my vehicle to the dealership on our trailer and after a few day someone called to ask him when the last time gas was put in it because they were trying to figure out if it was an ignition issue or fuel pump module. There was many times that my husband waited for a phone call as an update that did not happen. I finally called myself on 07/23 and Lindsey was not back from lunch yet. He did call me back and I appreciated that greatly. The issue was diagnosed and Ally was contacted to see if they would cover. Lindsey kept me up to date on the status of the parts order etc. When my husband left from our home 30 mins away from the dealership to pick up my car he was asked if he could come back to pick it up the next day because the paperwork wasn't 100% ready. This was after we were told to head that way because the vehicle was ready. My husband said no, that he wanted to get the vehicle then because he already made the trip. I was planning on going to Dallas the next day to take my son back to school shopping. Instead, we go to put fuel in the vehicle at CEFCO with my 5 month old baby and 5 year old son in the vehicle. A woman at the pump next to me starts hollering that gas is SPEWING underneath the vehicle. My husband looked underneath the car and the hose was never connect back. The vehicle was returned to the dealership and my keys were left in the drop box with a note asking for a PHONE CALL the next morning. There was no phone call, instead it was a text from an employee asking where fluid was leaking from. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership for mechanical work or ever purchasing from here again. It is the small things that make the bigger picture. If a customer asks for a phone call the least you could do is call them. My children were in the car when gas was running all over the place. This was very unsettling and dangerous. I appreciate Lindsey's communication with me and he was pleasant to work with. I am upset that the technicians failed to complete their job properly and I would like for this review to reflect on them and not Lindsey.

Hunter Carter was a no show at our established 9-10am meeting. I was a little early but I never saw him the entire process. Mark Ritchey w as s great. The entire team that I met was great. Mark took us on a tour of the campus and introduced us to everyone in service, parts, etc. The process was long but shorter than other experiences. Took forever to get a basic oil change scheduled. One of the perks of buying at Paris are the free oil changes, however, if you have to wait a month to get an oil change, makes it very hard to not exceed milage on an oil change. Not sure if the tires were rotated or not but I assume they were. However, Hunter my salesman, took excellent care of me. He picked my truck up and brought it back sooner than expected. I'm satisfied, it was just difficult to get in for the service in a timely manner due to the backup of oil changes back log list.

My husband brought my suv in to get oil Changed and filter and the left wiper. The last Time we were there we replaced the right wiper. This time he was told he had to buy 2 it has always come that way and could not just do one. If that’s the case, then why was I not given the wiper that was not used the last time? If it’s something new which she said was not, and the right wiper did not need replacing , We should’ve just been given the spare wiper for the next time one is needed! We don’t have spare money to throw around. Frustrating!

My vehicle never stays outside and I take pride in keeping it clean. Apparently it sat outside the 5 days it was at the dealership, it sat outside and when I picked it up, it was filthy, I was ashamed to drive it home! The dealership should at least rinse vehicles off after having them several days before returning them to owners.

Had a defective latch assembly on rear fold down seat. They removed rear seat and ordered a replacement part. Part did not fix problem, so they ordered another part. Months later I finally got tired of waiting for a call, so I call dealership and I am told seat has been repaired for some time. Why was I not notified when the seat was repaired? I then go in to have seat installed and find that they damaged the seat so now I have to wait even longer for parts because they damaged my seat.

I made an appointment for an oil change, and arrived before my appointment time. Then I sat for almost three hours waiting for my truck. I found out later that the service people decided on their own to take care of a recall, without notifying me, or asking if I wanted it done. I was on a time schedule and really didn't have time to wait on the recall but I had no idea what was going on.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change service on Tuesday. The service seemed fine and in a timely manner. I went home and in the morning there was a pool of oil under my vehicle. I called and was told to bring it back. They got right on it and found that the oil filter had not been properly tightened. They fixed the problem and it seems fine now. The worst part is I live an hour plus away and it took two trips to complete a simple oil change.

I liked that I spent minimal time in the dealership. I knew what car I wanted and you were able to find one and we came to terms. We were even able to negotiate over the phone and via text which I believe helps with communication. It allows a little time to try to reach a deal you are happy with. I am glad finalizing took under an hour once we decided to sign and finance the new car. The dealership found good financing for my good credit and didnt try to get me in a higher rate. For that…I ended up buying a warranty. I felt there was some room to work and I got the warranty after a little haggling. The opening price was fair and not over the top. So the dealership by was close to being affordable on the warranty. I think they did well on my tradein and will profit well. They made some money on the buy as I paid MSRP and they made a little on the warranty. All in all I wish all cars were 30% cheaper but thats the way life is for now. If you keep working deals like this, you will sell many cars. I will be back for sure. Hopefully with a similar experience.

I had a family emergency out of state. I had a flat and our lug lock was lost. They got me fixed up and on the road in less than an hour, on a Saturday. We decided right then, if we ever purchased a Chevy, it would be from Paris. Lo and behold, we decided to buy and they had the exact truck we were looking for. We were destined to be a Paris Chevrolet customers!!

I was having an issue with my window switches where they wouldn’t go either up or down when the vehicle warning lights would come on for no reason. They ran a test on the switches and I had three out of four with a problem. Morgan Garrett and his service technician installed the new switches and everything is back to normal. Thank you Morgan for finding the problem in a service bulletin and for the fast work of the service technician that fixed the problem. Great work by the whole team!!

All I needed was an oil change! This also happened on my last oil change...21/2 is not acceptable. The dealer experience was fine, but parts availability is pathetic. We've been waiting on a seat blower motor for my wife's '23 Cadillac for about 3 months, and now my '23 GMC pickup has a bad navigation SD card which is also on back order. These cars aren't cheap, but GM needs to get it together on parts availability. These parts aren't even made by GM, so quit blaming the strike, someone is just not doing their job. We just may have to look at another brand next time we buy cars if GM doesn't get it together.

He advised engine filter and cabin filter may need to be changed out at next servicing. One of the issues is that a loose bracket had damaged my exhaust pipe. They took a picture to show me what the problem was. I am amazed at the excellent customer service. The staff is super courteous and professional, as well.

Brought my 2016 Chev Silverado 1500 in for service for an issue with the windshield wipers that had stopped working. We had already checked the fuses, but the tech checked them again, and checked the switch on the steering column. Neither resolved the issue, so supposedly the tech checked the actual fuse box located in the engine compartment. I was called by the service department and informed that evidentally there was a short in the fuse box and it would need to be replaced. Almost $900 for just the new part plus labor. And they were on backorder with no date as to when they would be available again. We brought the truck home. Then our wiper fluid (which worked when I brought it to Paris Chev) was no longer working. So I decided to check it out myself. Unplugged the battery. Removed the fuse box cover, fuse block, and popped out the wire connector where that fuse plugs in. There was no damage seen. No burnt or chewed up wires or corroded fuses or anything that looked damaged. I cleaned everything really well with electronic canned air, and CRC electronic cleaner. Made sure everything was dried and then reinstalled everything. Guess what! My windshield wipers WORK now! AND found what the problem was on the wiper fluid. The hose was left disconnected! So when I poured new windshield fluid into the reservoir, it just pumped it on the ground where the hose was disconnected. Reconnected the hose and it's working now. I would like a refund of my $168 diagnostic fee. I am an office manager, not an auto technician, and I was able to get my wipers working again. The issue the tech said was not correct and would have cost me probably a thousand dollars of my hard earned money when it was totally unnecessary!
Unhappy that I had to wait for 2 1/ 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection. When I paid my bill I noticed that they also rotated my tires and I didn't request that as I just had that done a month before. I was told that you always do that with an oil change. I should have been told that so I could have declined it.

I have never had a problem here until this visit. I had a 9:30 appt for oil change. At 11:15 I had to go to the counter to ask if something had happened to my car. If something was wrong. I was told they were not finished. They did finish right then. The guy my paperwork got handed off to was extremely nice. He was not the one that originally checked me in. He was asked by the other staff to check me out. It was 2 hrs for an oil change by the time I got to leave. I have been having my oil changed exclusively with you for 7 years. If loyalty doesn’t mean much, at least have better communication and honesty with the customer. The fact that it took so long was enough, but I had to ask and still took 10minutes find out what was going on. I felt that the service desk should be more aware that jobs are not finished or that are taking too long. I was told extra cars came in that apparently trumped my appointment. Just be honest

I took my vehicle in for oil and filter change. I asked if while they were looking it to call me if anything else needed to be done. I explained that one of my passenger air filter showed at 25% so it might need to be changed. I went to pick up and was told everything was fine...I started looking at paperwork and it showed my passenger filter needed immediate attention, my engine air filter may require attention and that my brand new tires (less than 8000 miles) may require attention and that they 7/32 wear pattern. I took my vehicle to 2 other places, both said tires were all good with 8/32 on all four. Also was told my air filter could have been blown out to get a little more use out of. Needless to say I am not happy.

Morgan lied to me several times regarding our insurance policy and ordering the key fob. I called my insurance 3 times and he hadn’t even contacted them. I was never called when it finally came in. Was not told they would need my vehicle all day and FINALLY when I went to pick my car up it took 2 employees 25 minutes to find my car. HORRENDOUS customer service

This is an EXCELLENT dealership and is strongly recommended! I am an informed buyer and expect to confirm truck purchase without visiting dealership until it is time to sign documents. The most important dealership information is their website: It must have an accurate vehicle inventory, product description and competitive pricing before I will even contact them. If a dealership does not have this information, I will not even call them much less visit the dealership! The Paris GMC dealership had an excellent website with competitive pricing. I confirmed with their sales associate, David K, that inventory was accurate, so I made the 89 mile drive the next morning and completed my purchase within an hour. This dealer also had the Tonneau bed cover in stock and completed installation over lunch. David K was an excellent sales associate and answered every question. David also called the next day to answer any questions and thanked me for the truck purchases. Dealership offered a fair price for my truck, and I financed this purchase through GMC 0.9% / 36-month option. The dealership staff was very friendly with multiple associates visiting us. Staff from the back offices even came out to speak with my wife and me. This dealership has a very warm and comfortable feeling. My wife was impressed with the female restroom and all the items avaible for customers. The dealership also offers free oil change for life with new vehicle purchase!

My brakes are squealing again on my ‘21 Acadia and my car has 28,887 miles. Front brakes have been replaced twice and my back brakes have been replaced once. And I’m already having issues with the brakes and it’s only been 17,000 since they have been replaced. They said that brakes aren’t under warranty and the only solution would be for me to pay for the cost when it’s evident that there is something a matter with the brakes that y’all have put on. The only positive thing that happened was the interaction with Dewayne. He seemed to legitimately care about both the customer and your dealership. He was very nice and polite and tried to help come up with a solution for me. I just don’t think I should have to pay for brakes to be replaced after we have records that there is something wrong with the makeup of the pad. The mechanic also stated that this was a problem with a lot of vehicles. I’m not sure why y’all won’t stand by your work or the pads that y’all put on a ‘21. My brakes wasn’t squealing when it was driven off the lot when it was purchased. I hope someone can look at this problem and help come up with a solution.

It took only 5 minutes from the time we walked into the office to get the car until we drove off the lot. I just miss the vacuuming that was provided ten years ago. I know floor mats are used to protect the area -- but at an advanced age the vacuuming would be nice.

Not sure where I start. I literally just purchased this car on 04/26, David (the salesman) was great, very personable and responsive, however there was some room for opportunity and I didn't really care for this process. I've been in the automotive business for about 10 years and have worked for several brands so I am very familiar with this process. To be on the other side of the table with the experience I had was a bit shocking. First off, they did a price switch. I came in to the dealership after they dropped the price $500 in which I'd initially asked for over the phone and was told there was no negotiation. Then I bring it to their attention and somehow they made the numbers work for my budget however the price of the vehicle was still $34700 vs the $34200 online. Since they made the numbers work I didn't really complain but mentally notated. Secondly, I was told that this vehicle had a second key and as we are to the final steps I was informed that the vehicle only comes with one key...strike two(mental note). I kept things calm and moved on until I was fed up.. Lastly, after signing papers and returning to pick up the vehicle. I drove home back to Dallas, maybe 15 miles later I notice the wheel alignment is off. I reached out to the sales man in which I received a response of an offer for $100 check. I respectfully declined, called in to speak with a sales manager. I was then offered the alignment I originally asked for however, was told that I would need to drive 2 hours all the way back to their dealership to get this done and drive 2 hours back. Then I get home and notice the daytime running lamp on the passenger side is completely out...COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The things I asked this dealership for were very straight forward and reasonable request as a consumer. All in all, I like the vehicle and wish I could have purchased it from a dealership who had a bit more experience in building a client relationship. (Ps..The finance guy (JT) was great and made the paperwork process seamless)

This has caused me to waste trips, time, and money waiting for the issues to be investigated and fixed. I am currently waiting my 4th appointment for the same issue. I am very dissatisfied.

Schedule me for a repair, said had the parts. I am there almost 2 hours and they come to me and say we didn’t inspect the parts and when we went to install they were broken, so we have to order these parts again. From initial diagnosis, going on 4 weeks that I can’t drive my car at night. Not impressed at all. Plus for a diagnosis of burned out bulbs $150+.

My account on my phone still has me checked in and service has not been completed. It has been like that since I checked in Friday February 17th. Would be nice not to see that when I first start my car in the mornings.

I had a 9:00 appointment for a diagnostic and oil change. At 10:30 we were told one of the bays lift/rack wasn’t working! I been there 90 minutes and they waited that long to indicate a delay. That was disappointing as I expected better communications.

The people are not good at letting you know anything about your vehicle in there shop. If I didn’t call every couple days I wouldn’t know anything. Poor service department. Thanks to them I know drive. A Ram 1500 2020.

Oil change was done but there was Slight damage done to my rim when the tires were rotated…Several of the lug nut where damaged I guess due to not being careful with the impact wrench and it over torcing or the wrong size impact being used I’ll have to have them all replaced ….If I known ahead I’d just taken it somewhere else .

My only issue in my recent purchase of our new Traverse is the inability of GM to communicate with the dealership and end user on the status of the car from production date to delivery date. We waited almost 8 months for the vehicle without knowing why, what was wrong, had our car been sold, etc. GM did not communicate with us or the dealership during this wait period. Once it finally arrived, we are pleased with the car. Thank you,

Waited for inspection
Truck was being repaired for a fuel output issue and was in for over 1 month. Did get updates, but most were not really informative and most of the time the timeframes were not accurate. Windshield got cracked on test drive, got replaced, but was missing tint on windshield. Finally got an appointment for that. There is a NEW dent in the bumper and I did show the service advisor pictures and was advised she would let the manager know. Have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership on that, it has been 3 weeks. I have purchased vehicles from this select ship before and very much enjoy my salesman, but I believe this experience will make me choose a different dealership for purchases and repairs from this point on.

We usually use independent mechanics. Because of timing issues we went to the dealership. We were treated courteously and promptly both in person and on the telephone. We think we received a fair price for the service and the car was ready when promised. The car was no more dirty when it was returned to us than it was when we took it in. There is nothing this dealer can do but an extra 5 to 6 parking spaces up front would be nice.
I recommend dealerships based on there service department and I highly recommend Paris Chevrolet.

I took my truck in to have the oil changed and I also had a noise under the hood. We were getting ready to take about a three hour trip the next week and it concerned me. When I picked up my truck the noise was taken care of. It was really nice to head out on our trip knowing that everything had been checked and all my concerns had been put to rest by a great service department . Just waited to long to get Buick fixed .....the oil change on the truck was good ..just believe in more prompt service ..it was all good when it was all said and done ..Dewayne in the service went extra lengths to make us happy.

Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I had a couple of extra issues this time and they fixed it for me. My automatic lock wasn't working so they reset it for me and my seat warmer chip came in and they installed that for me as well as my regularly scheduled oil change.
People make this operation. Bryce has helped me numerous times and is always friendly. Tiffiney in service is a true winner along with Brad and others. The operation is always clean! These folks go the extra mile to secure what you need. Our first car was not on the local drive so they go on web and found one out in West Texas. The car was sold before we did that deal. They found the exact one in Florida and they traded a car from Paris lot and paid the freight going to Fl and I paid the freight coming back to Paris. We started our search in Tyler the evening before and the crew there did not have a clue how to secure a vehicle other than what was on their property. Bryce is the key to making things happen and he has an amazing team that carries it out. Thank you Paris!

Dropped off before 8 am. They didn’t finish with our vehicle till almost 6pm. Shouldn’t of taken more thank 3-4 hours to repair our vehicle. Was told they had to move our car to a different lift or bay? ..? Or something like that.

Dealership provided a loaner vehicle when we had a family emergency arise. If they hadn’t, we were taking a chance on the pickup. They delivered our vehicle when promised the next day.

The young lady that checked me in questioned my appointment saying "I am not sure why the online program let you have an 8 am appointment time because we already have one scheduled." She then proceeded to tell me that i would have to wait longer than normal because of this issue. Let me say that she was polite and i realize that this was not her fault, but if you are going to send out online appointments, the two systems need to talk to one another. I had a 9 am appointment that i was late for due to this error. I wouldnt double book myself on a Saturday morning or get up at 8 am just for grins. Your team did work me in and got me out in about 50 minutes which was GREATLY appreciated. I just think the systems to book appointments may need to be looked at and updated.

Making appointment is easy. Front desk person was professional. I thought with an appointment I would have my truck back the same day. No call to inform statis so I presumed they found something but wondered what. Went in the next day to inquire statis. Was informed oil was changed but did not know about tire rotation. Drove my truck with the Manager hoping to show the Hard shift of the transmission. Could not duplicate. they still had to check the backup camera, which blows fuses. Was informed camera was working so they found nothing. I had just put a fuse in, so yes it was working BUT it soon will blow. Now what? I know there is a problem, they know there is a problem. Backup camera and transmission were replaced at a GM dealer in California, before we moved.

It was amazing of the number of items that had to removed from inside my car to be able to replace the bad part. it was also amazing to have it all back together and looking like new. My back air now works as it should..
The service was great but when I picked my truck up, I noticed it was not running like it was when I took it in but I thought maybe it was just me. I went home and told my husband something wasn’t right with my truck but all I had done was oil change and tire rotation. On the 3rd day, I noticed white smoke coming out of the back when I started the truck. I called them immediately and took it by there. The oil had been way way over filled by the tech’s that had serviced it. It had to be drained.🤦♀️ The service department was very nice and apologetic but it’s very scary to think that my truck could have been damaged in a serious way. I will be paying extra close attention on the way it runs till the next time I get it serviced.

I arrived at 8:20 AM for a 8:30 AM appointment. My vehicle was not pulled in until 9:10 AM. When I scheduled my appointment I was told it would be a quick fix. My quick fix took 1 hour and 55 minutes. I specifically requested an early appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait.
Christian was very patient & professional. I wish we could’ve gotten more for my trade in. That I bought & paid off from the same dealership. But I understand the economy right now. Christian was courteous & tried to get us back home as soon as possible in our new car.

Communication in the service department could use major improvement. I had informed them numerous times I needed my vehicle, and no one called to let me know that it was not driveable until it was time for me to get off work and pick my child up from daycare. Also, this was the night before the first day of school. Communication is key and could have prevented a lot of irritation and panic. I appreciate how they took care of it and made sure I let the person I was speaking with know that it wasn't their fault, and I didn't want to blame them for the situation. However, the service department is the reason that I go out of town to buy brand new Chevrolet vehicles.
