I had my vehicle in for service on July 1 and subsequently found greasy fingerprints on the headliner of the roof. I brought it to the attention of the service department the next morning, and they took it to detailing and had it cleaned within a few minutes.
I was very satisfied, even with me being a walk-in and only having 2 techs working, I had an oil change and complete check over my brakes in less than 2 hours.

I get lifetime oil changes and every time we are ready to go they try to charge us for the oil change. I mean put it in the system.
